A composition containing an extract of a ginseng berry including increased ginsenoside Re for improving sexual function according to the present invention increases generation of nitrogen monoxide (NO) in vascular endothelial cells and shows a strong relaxing action in a smooth muscle of the corpus cavernosum to have an advantage of effectively alleviating male sexual disorders like erectile dysfunction. The composition of the present invention can be used as a pharmaceutical composition or a food composition for improving male sexual function.
