<p>PURPOSE: An air-conditioner which maximizes the discharge distance of the conditioned air is provided to maximize the discharge distance of the conditioned air by positioning an outlet vane in the front of the air-conditioner. CONSTITUTION: The air-conditioner comprises a main body(1), outlet vanes(8,9), and an outlet vane drive unit. The air inlet port is formed on the lower part of the main body. An air outlet port is formed on top of the main body. The outlet vane blocks the air outlet port or guides the air from the outlet port. The outlet vane drive unit moves the outlet vane in the streamlined shape and guides or blocks the air. The outlet vane drive unit comprises a streamlined shape slave gear, a driving gear meshed in the slave gear, and an outlet vane motor rotating the driving gear.</p> |
