<p>PURPOSE: An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display device is provided to prevent degradation of image quality by returning a driving current to an original value after reducing a grayscale reference voltage or a driving voltage when the driving current exceeds a predetermined critical value. CONSTITUTION: A pixel circuit generates a driving current according to a data voltage from a data driver(300) using a first driving voltage(VDD) and a second driving voltage(VSS). The OLED radiates the light by the driving current from the pixel circuit. A drive current sensor unit(310) generates a sense voltage in response to the driving current from the pixel circuit. A DC-DC converter(DC) supplies a grayscale reference voltage controlling the size of the data voltage generated from the data driver to the data driver. The DC-DC converter changes the size of the grayscale reference voltage when the sense voltage from the drive current sensor unit exceeds a predetermined critical value. The DC-DC converter includes a feedback circuit(FB) generating a feedback voltage according to the sense voltage from the drive current sensor unit.</p> |
