The present invention relates to an individual ventilation breeding apparatus using a cooling and heating unit. The individual ventilation breeding apparatus using a cooling and heating unit of the present invention comprises: an aseptic breeding room which has a structure capable of maintaining an aseptic environment with constant temperature and humidity to prevent contamination and infection of laboratory animals bred in an internal space; a breeding box which is installed along at least one wall which is selected among the walls of the aseptic breeding room to mount cages, which laboratory animals are bred in, and is arranged in multiple rows, to filter aseptic air supplied through an inlet after detouring the inside of the cages and to discharge the air outside the aseptic breeding room through an outlet; and a cooling and heating unit which helps movement of air flow inside the aseptic breeding room which moves from the inlet to the outlet by installing a circulation pipe, through which cold water or hot water passes, beneath the bottom of the aseptic breeding room. The reliable experimental results can be found by constructing a fresh and clean breeding environment by preventing cross-contamination because the one directional air flow can be uniformly formed inside the cages. Also, the present invention can help the movement of the one directional air flow by forming cooling and heating air flow using the cooling and heating unit. |
