摘要 The present invention is to provide a system and a method for manufacutring tetrafluoroethylene using an ionic liquid. The present invention provides a manufacturing system for tetrafluoroethylene using a separation film comprising: a pyrolysis reactor which pyrolyzes hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC); a pretreatment part which is connected to the pyrolysis reactor; an adsorptive tower which is connected to the pretreatment tower and uses an ionic liquid for separating hydrochlorofluorocarbon; a low boiling point distillation tower which separates low boiling point materials to the upper part of the tower and is connected to a concentration part of a separation film module; a tetrafluoroethylene distillation tower which separates tetrafluoroethylene to the upper part of the tower and is connected to the lower part of the low boiling point distillation tower; and a primary high boiling point distillation tower which separates high boiling point materials and is connected to the lower part of the tetrafluoroethylene distillation tower. The present invention improves separation efficiency in a process by separating and recycling unreacted hydrochlorofluorocarbon by primarily separating the unreacted hydrochlorofluorocarbon through the separation film module after performing pyrolysis and pretreatment in a process for manufacturing tetrafluoroethylene. Additionally, the present invention is able to improve economical feasibility in process since process scale is reduced to below 50% by excluding an azeotropy tower, a MeOH absorptive tower, a MeOH stripper, a MeOH catching tower, a HFP purifying tower and the like.
