<p>The present invention relates to a hot grill for roasting, which heats and cooks ingredients such as meat by settling down and installing the hot grill on the top of a lower support. More specifically, by heating and cooking ingredients by heat of heat sources supplied to a flame jetting hole (11) on the intra-center of the lower support (10) and steam in which water stored in a water storage unit (12) of the lower support (10) is heated, meat of the hot grill (20) does not burn, tastes good because of dish gravy. Also, meat does not get scorched and stick, the hot grill can be easily washed. By installing an oil adhesion preventing hole (40) around the flame jetting hole (11) on the intra-center of the lower support (10), the present invention prevents oil dropping from meat of the hot grill (20) to the water storage unit (12) from flowing and adhering, and prevents the smell of burning oil and smoke, thereby providing excellent use efficiency.</p> |
