<p>The present invention relates to a mutant strain with an improved ability to produce glutamine or arginine comprising an inactivated GOGAT (glutamate synthase), and to a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, GOGAT (glutamate synthase) is inactivated to manufacture a mutant strain having an improved ability to produce glutamine and arginine without the reduction of the growth compared with a strain having an ability to produce glutamine or arginine comprising wild type or activated GOGAT, to have an effect of producing the high concentration of glutamine and the high concentration of arginine.</p> |
