Disclosed is a wire harness inspection method comprising the following steps: storing a master resistance value after measuring a resistance value of wire harness which is determined to be a good wire; storing a resistance value of an inspection targeted wire harness after measuring the resistance of the inspection targeted wire harness; comparing the master resistance value and the inspection targeted resistance value to determine the same as a good device if a difference between the two is below the predetermined value or as a bad device if a difference between the two is above the predetermined value: and updating the master resistance value to be optimized in the current state using the master resistance value and the current inspection targeted resistance value, if the device is determined to be good in the previous step. According to the present invention, the reliability of the inspection of the wire harness can be increased.
