The present invention relates to a self-assembled nanostructure including stabilized multiple alpha-helical structure. The present invention has excellent thermal stability and resistance capacity against protein hydrolytic enzyme and is not easily decomposed in the body, thereby maintaining prolonged activity. Also, an alpha-helix formation fragment of the nanostructure includes an amino acid sequence derived from p53 protein, thereby inhibiting interaction between p53 and MDM2 and showing tumor inhibitory effect. Accordingly, the self-assembled nanostructure can contribute to biotechnology and medical research related to protein, and is expected to have high application prospect as an useful medicine and an inhibitor.
