The present invention relates to a lighting emitting diode chip for improving the performance of current distribution and light efficiency. The light emitting diode chip of the present invention includes: a semiconductor lamination unit forming a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer; at least one first transparent electrode layer disposed on the second conductive semiconductor layer; a second transparent electrode layer disposed on the first transparent electrode layer; and a void pattern disposed between the first and second transparent electrode layers. The prevent invention improves the performance of current distribution and light efficiency.
