The present invention relates to an electric food grater which makes a user feel a natural texture of food ingredients themselves by grating and discharging inputted food ingredients into grains with appropriate size and helps the user absorb high-fiber foods using a spoon. For the purpose, the electric food grater according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a grater body (100) which has a driving motor and a decelerator inside, and a drum mount unit (120) which is formed to be protruded to place an output shaft (113) of the decelerator in the center; a housing-drum (200) of which a front part is sealed, a back part is an opened drum, the back part is detachably installed to a drum mount unit of the grater body, and an inlet (210) for inputting food ingredients is vertically formed and an outlet (220) which faces the inlet is horizontally extended thereof; a grating roller (300) which is horizontally formed inside the housing-drum, has a rotary shaft (310) which is formed in the center is detachably engaged to the output shaft and is arranged to be rotated while maintaining a predetermined distance from the inner wall of the housing wall, and has a plurality of grating cutters (320) to grate the food ingredients inputted through the inlet are equidistantly arranged on the wall surface; and a push stick (500) to push the food ingredients inputted into the inlet toward the inside of the housing-drum. |
