摘要 The present invention relates to a decelerator for an auger excavator. The decelerator for an auger excavator comprises a housing, a planetary gear unit, and an output shaft, and transmits the appropriate number of rotations and torque for punching the ground and rocks to an auger. The planetary gear unit includes planetary gear units, which has different deceleration ratios and are vertically connected to each other in multistage. The planetary gear units and ring gears of each stage are formed in a vertical two stage structure. Speed adjusting units are connected to correspond to the peripheral surface of each ring gear in the same two stage structure as the planetary gear units and the ring gears. According to the operation of an upper speed adjusting unit of the planetary gear units and the ring gears having the two stage structure, an upper ring gear engaging with an upper planetary gear unit is pressurized or unpressurized to control the rotation of the upper ring gear, thereby performing the deceleration rotation or one-to-one rotation of a relevant stage. On the contrary, according to the operation of a lower speed adjusting unit, the lower part of the upper planetary gear unit and a lower planetary gear unit are engaged with each other or are separated from each other along with the transfer of a lower ring gear, thereby performing the one-to-one rotation or deceleration rotation of a relevant stage. Therefore, the decelerator for an auger excavator may decelerate a part of the whole of the planetary gear units according to working environments, thereby freely adjusting the deceleration ratio of the decelerator and having various numbers of rotations and torque with one auger excavator.
