<p>Disclosed is a photoelectric fire detector having a high response speed to a fire. The photoelectric fire detector of the present invention comprises: a base having one surface attached to the ceiling or wall of a building; and a terminal coupled to the base and having a printed circuit board and a smoke chamber installed therein, wherein the smoke chamber includes: a sensor unit having a light emitting sensor and a light receiving sensor installed therein and including a light shielding unit formed between the light emitting sensor and the light receiving sensor and a maze wall formed along the edge thereof; and a cover unit coupled to the sensor unit and having a smoke hole formed therein to introduce smoke into the smoke chamber and block introduction of foreign materials. The photoelectric fire detector of the present invention can exclude metal properties by including the cover unit having the smoke hole for introducing smoke into the smoke chamber and blocking introduction of foreign materials to integrate a component used for protection against insects and a component used for smoke introduction and fire detection, thereby securing durability and improving convenience in manufacture and productivity. Also, the photoelectric fire detector of the present invention can have a high response speed to a fire by simplifying smoke introduction and discharge paths.</p> |
