<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescent element, capable of being effectively used for a surface light source of a full color display, a backlight or the like, or a light source array of a printer or the like, which is easy to manufacture and has superior durability. SOLUTION: This organic luminescent element is composed by stacking a transparent electrode, and an organic luminescent layer and a back electrode on a base material in this order, and is characterized in that the mean square of the unevenness on the surface of the transparent electrode is 50 nm or smaller. A state with the mean square of unevenness on the surface of the transparent electrode being 30 nm or smaller, the state that the transparent electrode formed of an indium tin oxide(ITO), the state that the base material formed of zirconia stabilized yttrium(YSZ), and the state that the element used as an resonator type organic luminescent element are preferable.</p> |
