In the present invention, provided are a membrane-electrode assembly for fuel cells and a fuel cell stack including the same, the membrane-electrode assembly for fuel cells comprising a polymer electrolyte membrane; an anode electrode which is installed on one side of the polymer electrolyte membrane and includes an anode gas diffusion layer; a cathode electrode which is installed on the other side of the polymer electrolyte membrane and includes a cathode gas diffusion layer; and a water reservoir which is included in at least one among the anode gas diffusion layer and the cathode gas diffusion layer and includes a porosity and a hydrophilic polymer located on the porosity.
