The present invention relates to a lighting device. The present invention includes: a first fixture which is fixed and combined with a side of a rod type structure; a second fixture which is fixed and combined with a side of the rod type structure to enclose a side of the rod type structure to be faced with the first fixture; and a lighting source which is installed on each of upper and lower sides of the first fixture and the second fixture. According to the present invention, the appearance of the rod type structure in a longitudinal direction is maximized through the lighting device.
