<p>PURPOSE: The composite filament and composite yarn are provided to have light weight and an excellent thermal insulation by low heat conductivity, and to reduce the thermal energy since the heat transfer depth is shallow in case of heat treatment, and to offer environment friendliness without harmful gas emission by incineration. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of sheath-core type composite yarn with light weight and an excellent warmth retaining is as follows. In a manufacturing method of composite filament using polyethyleneterephthalate and polypropylene, the polyethyleneterephthalate becomes a sheath part and the polypropylene becomes a core part. The sheath part and the core part polypropylene are compositely spun, and the volumetric ratio of the sheath part to the core part is 60:40-80:20.</p> |
