A control channel transmitting method for data allocation at a subframe structure and a control channel decoding method for improving the channel estimation in order to arrange the control channel in consideration of the location of the pilot pattern. A control channel is arranged between location of the pilot patterns on the time axis of the down link subframe. A control channel comprises data allocation information of a down link subframe. The addition control channel is arranged in the symbol between location of pilot patterns. Pilot patterns comprise the first pilot pattern and the second pilot pattern. The control channel is arranged between the pilot locations of the first pilot pattern. The control channel is transmitted in the reception end.
