An advertisement service providing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an advertisement service providing server and a user terminal. The advertisement service providing server provides advertisement messages advertising a specific company among multiple companies according to the advertisement exposure probability, provides identifier of the usage reservation messages of the advertisement messages by receiving the data regarding whether the advertisement messages are used, and receives the data including the number of times the advertisement messages related to the usage reservation messages had been used. The user terminal receives the identifier of the usage reservation messages of the advertisement messages from the advertisement service providing server, counts the number of times the advertisement messages related to the usage reservation messages had been used during a payment process and accesses the provider company terminal and the advertisement service providing server to provide the advertisement message usage history once the advertisement messages are received, and is provided with the service corresponding to the advertisement messages after the processing of making a payment to the company related to the advertisement messages.
