The present invention relates to a mesh type electrode plate which is installed at certain intervals inside of an electrolysis chamber and is installed to receive positive electrodes and negative electrodes in turn, thereby sterilizing the water by electrolyzing water supplied inside. In the present invention, the size of the electrode plate is changed to be installed in the electrolysis chamber by cutting and processing the boundaries of the electrode plate. In addition, the surface of the cut electrode plate is coated to make the surface smooth. The smooth surface of the mesh type electrode plate prevents foreign materials from stacking on the plate, thereby preventing the decline of the electrolysis efficiency.
