Disclosed is a technique for improving an image quality by generating a first image, which is formed by reducing a size of an input image, and a second image, which is formed by decreasing high frequency components of the first image, by detecting pixels from the second image having pixel values within a predetermined range from pixel values of pixels of the input image, by associating the detected pixels with the first image to restore lost signal components of the input image using the pixel value of the associated pixels of the first image. |
