The present invention relates to a cutter for making red ginseng slices, which comprises: a fixating device where red ginseng is fixated; an advancing device which continuously advances the fixating device by a fixed length each time in a longitudinal direction of the red ginseng; a cutting device which is installed slantly to the longitudinal direction of the red ginseng, and includes a cutting blade capable of slantly cutting the fore-end of the red ginseng while linearly reciprocating toward the red ginseng; a driving device which makes the cutting blade of the cutting device linearly reciprocate; and a controller which controls the advancing device so that the fixating device can continuously advance by a fixed length each time, and controls the driving device so that the cutting device can linearly reciprocate. |
