LED CHIP ROBUST TO ESD AND LED PACKAGE HAVING THE SAME

The present invention relates to an LED chip resistant to static discharge and an LED package having the same. The LED diode includes: a substrate; an LED unit positioned on the substrate; an antiparallel LED unit which is connected antiparallel to the LED and is positioned on the substrate; and a reflector which covers at least a part of the antiparallel LED unit. The present invention improves the illumination efficiency of the LED chip by disposing the reflector and provides the LED chip resistant to static discharge by disposing the LED unit and the antiparallel LED unit within the LED chip.
