Toilet system comprising a toilet seat horizontally arranged at a toilet pedestal, the toilet pedestal comprising a lower section, an intermediate section and an upper section where the toilet seat is arranged. The toilet seat is rotatable around a vertical axis in relation to the toilet pedestal and that the toilet system further comprises a user support member arranged to be in a support position where the user support member essentially being in the same plane as the toilet seat. The user support member is attached to the toilet seat such that they are commonly rotatable in relation to the upper section of the toilet pedestal.
