The present invention relates to a non-slip sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, and a label using the same. The non-slip sheet comprises a urethane layer (10); a silicon layer (30) attached on one surface of the urethane layer (10) by a medium of a first adhesive layer (20); and a pattern layer (50) attached on an upper surface of the silicon layer (30) by a medium of a second adhesive layer (40), wherein the silicon layer (30) and the pattern layer (50) have a non-slip property. The present invention can manufacture a non-slip sheet and a label having high manufacturing efficiency and excellent exterior, and not generating a delamination problem.
