<p>The present invention relates to a food composition containing vegetable oil. The food composition additionally contains coconut oil, wherein the coconut oil improves oxidation stability of the vegetable oil. According to the present invention, a food composition can be obtained, which has excellent emulsion stability and improved oxidation stability in a refrigeration state and at room temperature, and contains vegetable oil. Moreover, the food composition containing vegetable oil can reduce an amount of added EDTA that is a chemical additive by containing coconut oil, can increase the expiration date by improving oxidation stability, and can maintain organoleptic properties for a long term.</p> |
