<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for punching a tea strainer for a silver material. According to the present invention, a punching apparatus (1) for controlling the position to be punched by calculation of a computer (C) for punching a filtering hole (H) in a strainer main body (S) in the form of a cup consisting of a silver material comprises: a rectangular worktable (10); lateral guide parts (20) formed in both sides of the worktable (10); front and rear moving trailers (30) connected to both sides of the lateral side guide part (20); horizontal moving trailers (40) connected to the front of the front and rear moving trailer (30); a vertical moving trailer (50) connected to the front of the horizontal moving trailer (40); a punching means (60) connected to the front of the vertical moving trailer (50); and a control part (70) equipped in one side of the worktable (10). The present invention has an effect for automatically performing punching work by having the punching apparatus for controlling the position to be punched by calculation of the computer; fixing the strainer main body not to be separated when the strainer main body is punched by having a vacuum supporting part where the strainer main body is mounted on vacuum; brewing tea leaves minutely by forming a filtering hole whose diameter is smaller than a minimum diameter of a conventional filtering hole by having a punching device with a punching blade of 0.2 mm; and preventing that the punching blade is broken when the filtering hole is processed by forming a curved part whose diameter gets smaller in the punching blade.</p> |
