PURPOSE: An electrical vehicle motor position, a creep control apparatus, and a control method thereof are provided to maintain the current position of a vehicle on a ramp regardless of the angle of the ramp and the number of the passengers by implementing the creep torque control after checking the motor position stabilization on a stopped position. CONSTITUTION: A motor position control decision determines the time for maintaining the motor position control after releasing the brake from the stopped state. A motor position controller(20) maintains the position of the motor by calculating the motor torque for maintaining the motor position. A creep torque controller(30) constantly maintains the motor speed while generating the creep torque of the motor by time delay.
