The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of refined rice wine which improves the quality of liquor, assigns unique smell and uses Aspergillus oryzae inoculated with excellent yeast, the method comprising the steps of mixing crude liquor with a secondary liquor; manufacturing original liquor by fermenting the mixture liquor of the crude liquor and the secondary liquor; removing residue of liquor included in the original liquor with filtering; settling the original liquor without the residue and then removing the settlement; mixing at least one yeast removing agent among bentonite, gelatin or casein with the original liquor without settlement; filtering the original liquor with the yeast removing agent and the purifying the same; and removing impurities in the original liquor by using active carbon. |
