<p>The present invention relates to a device for continuously purifying water quality in water-stationary environments like lakes and swimming pools, the device comprising a floater whose upper surface and lower surface are flat and inner space is empty, thereby floating above water; a solar cell panel which is formed on the upper surface of the floater and concentrates sunlight; a cylindrical-shaped electrode which is formed on the lower part of the floater and has positive polarity by electrically connecting the solar cell panel; and a spring-shaped electrode which is formed at a different position from the cylindrical-shaped electrode on the lower part of the floater and has negative polarity by electrically connecting the solar cell panel.</p> |
