The present invention relates to a three-dimensional image display device which is configured to implement a stereoscopic image by using polarization glasses. The three-dimensional image display device includes: a thin-film driving transistor formed on a first substrate; an organic light emitting diode which is formed on the upper part of the thin-film driving transistor and comprises first and second electrodes and an organic light emitting layer arranged between the first and second electrodes; a bank which is formed along the edge of the first electrode; and a column spacer (CS) which is formed on the second electrode to correspond to the bank; a second substrate which is bonded to the first substrate while being spaced apart from the first substrate; and the polarization glasses including a first retardation plate attached onto the second substrate, a polarization plate formed on the second substrate, and a second retardation plate attached on a surface of the polarization plate. The present invention can reflect the light entering one pattern on the polarization plate such as a vertical pattern from the outside directly to the vertical pattern of the polarization plate without extending the optical path. Accordingly, the present invention can prevent the reflection of the horizontal patterns between adjacent polarization plates to enhance the contrast ratio and viewing angle. |
