摘要 The present invention relates to a complex strain including an expression cassette with enhanced protein secretion ability, which includes polynucleotide encoding translational fusion partner (TFP) and polynucleotide encoding a T protein, an expression vector including the same, a transformant having the expression vector induced into a host cell, and two or more transformants; to a method for producing hemicellulose, endoglucanase, or exoglucanase, and method for producing bioethanol including a step of culturing the transformants; to a cellulose cocktail including betaglucosidase and endoglucanaseand exoglucanase produced by the method, and a method for saccharifying biomass by using the cocktail; and to a method for producing bioenergy or useful biochemical from cellulose biomass by using the strain producing the cellulose. The mass production of cellulose from yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae is made possible by using the cellulose expression vector provided in the present invention. Also, the strain is able to perform a process performed by two steps of existing saccharification and fermentation in a single step which can reduce 80% or more enzyme costs by being applied to a simultaneous saccharification or biological integration process to be widely used in various industrial processes like manufacturing of bioethanol and biochemical from a lignocellulosic biomass.
