In the present invention, provided are a novel aromatic amine compound with outstanding light-emitting efficiency and thermal stability, a manufacturing method thereof and an organic electron device including the novel aromatic amine compound. In the present invention, the novel aromatic amine derivative has outstanding thermal stability and is used in hole injection materials, hole transport materials, light-emitting materials and electron transport materials. In the present invention, the novel aromatic amine compound denoted by chemical formula 1 has different or the same Ar1 to Ar4 in which the Ar1 and an Ar2 can form unsubstituted or substituted cyclic by fusing with each other.
