<p>The present invention relates to a painting system which comprises: a painting booth for accommodating a steel material to be painted; a spray painter which is installed on the top of the painting booth, travels along a guide rail and includes a paint spray gun and a spray nozzle; and a flying paint fog prevention apparatus which prevents flying of paint fog through a nozzle guide hole of the painting booth. The flying paint fog prevention apparatus includes: a pair of sliding rails which are installed on the top surface of the painting booth in the longitudinal direction of the nozzle guide hole; a pair of fixation members which are installed on the top surface of the painting booth in the longitudinal direction of the nozzle guide hole; and a bellows cover of which both end units are fixated to the pair of cover fixation members, of which both sides are supported by the sliding rails and seals the nozzle guide hole. The painting system according to the present invention, the flying paint fog prevention efficiency can be increased since the damage to the cover is prevented by configuring the flying paint fog prevention cover as the sliding type bellows cover in order not to have friction with the spray nozzle.</p> |
