<p>The present invention relates to a linear motion guide and a pre-load regulating method thereof. The linear motion guide comprises: a frame which has a cross section in a staple shape, and where guide rails are respectively installed in both inner walls thereof; a carrier which is installed along the both side guide rails in order to reciprocate; and an eccentric member which is installed in the lower part of the carrier, and makes a second roller bearing perform an eccentric rotational motion in order to generate pre-load by making a first, the second, and a third roller bearing, being in contact with one of the both side guide rails, be in contact with the other guide rail. The eccentric member comprises: a body which has a column shape and is inserted into the top of the carrier; and an eccentric bar which is eccentrically formed in the lower part of the body and where the second roller bearing is installed. The body and the eccentric bar are integrated with each other. Thus, the eccentric bar can regulate the width of the multiple roller bearings by rotating the integrated eccentric member so that the pre-load between the carrier and the frame can be accurately regulated.</p> |
