Provided is a fine pulverization apparatus to manufacture sintered magnets. The fine pulverization apparatus to manufacture sintered magnets includes a glove box and a fine pulverization machine. The glove box includes: a first incoming unit which is formed to be blocked from external air, is filled with inert gas, enables hydraulic fracturing-magnetic coarse powder to come in; and a magnetic field moving unit which accommodates the incoming hydraulic fracturing-magnetic coarse powder and moves the hydraulic fracturing-magnetic coarse powder by using a magnetic field. The fine pulverization machine includes: a second incoming unit through which hydraulic fracturing-magnetic coarse powder is consecutively supplied from the glove box; and a fine pulverization unit which finely pulverizes the hydraulic fracturing-magnetic coarse powder delivered from the second incoming unit.
