The present invention relates to a method for predicting a milling load for each stand, including the steps of measuring an actual milling load value (P_1) for each stand of a milling machine, and an actual tension value applied to a strip between the stands; calculating a target milling load value (P) for each stand; calculating a tension deviation between the target tension value and the actual tension value; calculating an effect on that the tension deviation has an impact on the target milling load value; calculating a milling load value (P_2) in view of the tension by use of the effect and the actual milling load value (P_1); and calculating a milling load correction value by use of the target milling load value (P) and the milling load value (P_2). |
