FLAKE TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR AN AMORPHOUS RIBBON

A flake treatment system for amorphous ribbon of the present invention includes: a base frame; a first partition and a second partition disposed on the upper side of the base frame; a plurality of crushing rollers which is supported between the first partition and the second partition to be rotatable; a plurality of pressure rollers which is supported between the first partition and the second partition to be rotatable and comes in contact with the crushing roller; and a driving motor which drives the crushing roller and the pressure roller. The present invention divides an amorphous ribbon into a plurality of pieces or generates a crack in one working process so as to shorten working time and improve flake quality.
