The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a novel thermostable adsorption filter through sticking and recarbonizing Korean anthracite based powder activated carbon (SBET = more than or equal to 1,760 m^2/g of high specific surface area) of graphite similar structure (Degree of coalification: more than or equal to 94) to a carbonized polyester non-woven fabric by quinoline soluble isotropic pitch binder.
