FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: task of this invention is to create a skirt board attachment system, and namely a skirt board panel, in the form of wall-mounted finishing, namely wall-mounted finishing of a floor, which includes a fastener, the lower flat arm of which can be located under the panel, namely under the panel of the floor covering, and which is attached in a detachable way to a shaped element of the skirt board.
