FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device for cleaning and recycling flue smoke gases contains an input branch pipe, a housing, output branch pipe, settling chamber which is fitted with a separating partition immersed into the chamber, and the lower part of the separating partition immersed into the chamber, it has long slots with a fixed step, and input flue duct of the device is fitted with water spray nozzle designed as a manifold with nozzles, where water enter under pressure through the pipeline from the screw pump, connected with a water collecting tank supplied from overflow window of the settling chamber with regulated gate through a drain branch pipe, and in the lower part of the chamber a heat exchange device is located which is designed as a tubular coil, the device is fitted with a moisture separator with tangential entry, and the manifold nozzle of the spray nozzle is designed with punched spraying disk, it contains the cylindrical housing with the union rigidly connected to the housing, axially located in the upper part of the housing and having a cylindrical hole for liquid, connected with a diffuser, axisymmetrical to housing and union, and to the housing, in its lower part, by means of at least three spokes the sprays is connected which is located perpendicularly to the housing centreline and designed as a punched disk.EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of cleaning of fume gases by increase of surface of spraying.5 cl, 2 dwg |
