FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to guided missiles, namely to folding air rudders of pilotless aircrafts. Folding air rudder consists of root section, folding section, rudder retention and deployment mechanisms. In the cavity of rudder root section parts there are retention mechanism elements in the form of spring-loaded stoppers which simultaneously retain deployment mechanism on rudder surface when they are locked by spring-loaded stopper in holes rudder root section when air rudder is in fold position. In console, hole is made to fix air rudder in deployed position using stoppers of rudder root section. Rudder deployment mechanism represents axis with spring located on it which spring is locked at two ends by brackets which are used to fix the mechanism on rudder surface.EFFECT: optimisation of dimensional characteristics of air rudders, improved rigidity and possibility repeated folding during ground testing of missile systems.7 dwg |
