EVALUATION OF LEVELLING OF FLAT CYLINDRICAL SURFACES

FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodwork and can be used for evaluation of parallelism of horizontally arranged flan and cylindrical surfaces of woodworkers. To evaluate horizontal departure of said surfaces inclinometer is used composed of flat-parallel sticks. Said sticks are articulated at one end and provided with indicator and adjusting screw at opposite end. Departure of tested surfaces from horizontal position is defined as a half-difference of inclination readings in check positions with inclinometer turn through 180 degrees. Identification of check positions in level is effected by placing the level air bubble tangentially to one and the same mark at ampoule.EFFECT: lower labour input, higher precision.2 dwg
