PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide for removing a clogging object on a cushion former for forming cuts on scraps or the like. SOLUTION: The cushion former comprises an upstream guide for scraps or the like, a cut forming section comprising an upper roller cutter and a lower roller cutter which are installed as a pair, and a vertical pair of guide plates mounted approximately in parallel respectively on a downstream and an upstream of the cut forming section. The former is constituted to smoothly feed and discharge the scraps or the like without having them twisted or caught between the cutter rollers installed as a pair.
