<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing developer with superior transfer property, which prevents filming on a photoreceptor without damaging the photoreceptor, and provide a method for forming images by which high-definition images can be formed. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge image developing developer, containing a carrier and a toner having inorganic oxide fine particles added externally, the inorganic oxide particles have 20 to 300 nm volume average particle size. Further, resin particles, having 0.5 to 8.0μm volume average particle size and having non-depositing property with respect to the toner are compounded in the developer, and the coating rate of the inorganic oxide on the resin particles is in the range of 2 to 70%. The developer is used for the method for forming images.</p> |
