PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge and an image forming device having a toner stirring driving device by which an image is always made stable according as the capacity of stored toner gets large and the left thereof is prolonged. SOLUTION: The couplings 105a and 106a of the process cartridge 15 are rotated by respectively independent motors 101 and 102. The coupling 105a drives a photoreceptor drum 11. The coupling 105a drives stirring members 113 and 114 through gear trains 106b to 109 and 127 from one side, and the shaft 122 of the gear 108 of the gear train is extended to the other side so that a stirring member 123 and a removed toner feeding member 115 are driven through the gear trains 124 to 125 and 112.
