FIELD: measurement technology.SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for linear motions in a precise mechanics. For example, it can be used in contorographs, profilers and scanning sonde microscopes. The indexing device contains a guide (1), made from monocrystal material, carriage (2), conjugate with it, and also driver (6), installed on the guide (1) and conjugate with the carriage (2). The base element (12) is added to the device, which bears the guide (1) and the driver (6), and the carriage (2) contains the first and the second fragments located at an angle to each other.EFFECT: minimising of non-functional moves due to increase of dimensional stability of guides in time.7 cl, 14 dwg |
