摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical switch which is small-sized and is easily manufactured and the manufacturing method of a mirror rotation structure. SOLUTION: Electromagnetic coils 18 and 20 are arranged so as to be opposed by holding a rotary plate 10, and electromagnetic coils 22 and 24 are similarly arranged. The rotary plate 10 is provided with permanent magnets 12 and 14 so as to correspond to the coils 18 and 20, and is provided with a mirror 16 formed of Ni-Fe alloy or the like on an upper surface. The coil 18 is constituted by winding one or more conductive layers 18b on a magnetic core 18a, and the coils 20-24 are similarly constituted. In the case that light LI is made incident on the mirror 16 when the rotary plate 10 is at a position shown in a figure, incident light LI is reflected by the mirror 16 as shown by a full line. When the rotary plate 10 is stopped at the positions of the coils 22 and 24 by rotating the rotary plate 10 in the direction of an arrow (a) by the resiliency of the coils 18 and 20, the incident light LI is reflected by the mirror 16 as shown by a broken line. The magnet 14 and the coils 20 and 24 may be eliminated. Also, the mirror 16 may be the permanent magnet.
