FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: gate includes a damping mechanism made in the form of a liquid coupling, a three-position Maltese gear and three pushers. Pushers are rigidly fixed by means of a disc on the rotary axis of the gate fold with the possibility of entering into slots of the Maltese gear, provided that the fold of the gate approaches the initial position "no entrance" or to extreme positions "open by 90° to the right" and "open by 90° to the left", and also with the possibility of their exit from slots of the Maltese gear in other positions of the gate fold. At the same time pushers are made as capable of adjustment in radial direction to change damping force. The fixed part of the coupling is rigidly connected to the fixed body of the gate. The number of working slots of the Maltese gear is equal to three, at the same time angles 2? between the middle and extreme slots make 2arctg(R1/R2), where R1 and R2 - accordingly the radius of pushers location on the master disc and the outer radius of the Maltese gear. The number of pushers on the master disc is equal to three, at the same time angles ? between the middle and extreme pushers make 2????90°+?, where ?=90°-?. Besides, for smooth start of damping the slots of the Maltese gear are equipped with lead-ins that are made with the help of two radii, coupled with each other, and also with slots and the outer diameter of the Maltese gear.EFFECT: simplified design of a damping mechanism in a gate fold, improvement of its manufacturability, increased reliability of operation, provision of gate fold damping in three positions.6 dwg |
