The essence of the invention: dynamometer contains measuring springs (1) fixed between two flanges (2). Protective cup (3) is placed on measuring springs (1). Dynamometer cavity is connected to leakproof box (8) above water level by leakproof hose (7). Inside leakproof hose (7) there located is measuring cable (5) connecting dynamometer to recorder (11) through leakproof box (8).
